We visit each day giving your pet the care and attention they need when you're away. This includes feeding, playing, cleaning up after them and giving lots of T.L.C.

Prior to the first-sitting assignment we visit your home to allow you to meet us, and us to meet your pets.

To book our service, clients are asked to sign a service agreement which details information about your pet(s) and their requirements.

Vacation Valet supplies an identification tag so we are the emergency contact in your absence. For clients wanting that extra peace of mind, we can email, SMS or phone to let you know all is well.

We are member of the RSPCA and PIAA (Pet Industry Association of Australia) and abide by the PIAA Code of Conduct.
